摘要
根据矿压分析工艺要求,以及现有顶底板移近量传感器的不足,提出一种基于激光测距原理的巷道顶底板移近量传感器,利用电池为激光测距模块供电,克服了传感器功耗大的缺点,实现了煤矿井下传感器的大量分布式布置。试验及现场应用表明,该传感器测量精度高,传输速度快,环境适应性强,能够准确、及时的反映巷道顶底板移近量的变化,为顶板动态监测及分析提供了可靠数据基础。
Based on the principle of laser ranging, a sensor to supervise roadway roof-to-floor convergence is proposed according to the requirements of mine pressure analysis and the shortcomings of the current roof-to-floor convergence sensor. This sensor uses battery for power supply, which overcomes the disadvantage of high power consumption and realizes large-number distributed arrangement in coal mines. Experiments and field application shows high measuring accuracy, high transmission speed, strong adaptability to the environment. Also, this sensor can accurately and timely reflect changes of roadway roof-to-floor convergence.
