The key points of technical bid includes： equipment selection, equipment life cycle cost, technical parameters set, quoted standard, division of tenders, the terms of the abandoned tender and quality guarantee period, etc. Key points of business bid includes ： date of delivery, deviation of payment terms, incidental service, etc.
