浅谈基于卓越工程师培养下的食品分析实验教学改革 被引量:2

摘要 文章根据卓越工程师的培养诉求,基于科学发展观,针对目前食品分析实验课程的教学现状进行了反思,结合课程教学特点以及实际教学中存在的诸多问题,对教学改革进行了构想。从教学内容、教学方法等方面提出了食品分析实验的教改方法与途径,以提高学生的工程实践能力,成为从事食品产品开发、生产、质量管理与安全监控、营销、技术服务、流通或食品工程项目设计、施工、运行,维护的技术和管理专门人才。 The introspection of teaching situation of food analysis experiment was conducted based on the training demands of outstanding engineer and scientific development.The construction of pedagogical reform was conducted based on the teaching characteristics and problems that exist in the actual teaching.The methods and approaches of the reform were proposed from teaching contents to teaching methods.These methods can improve students’ability of operating practical process and make them be specialized talents in product development,production,quality management,safety supervision,marketing,technical service,food engineering project design,operation and maintenance.
