摘要
目的分析慢性肾病(CKD)病人的营养状况,探讨其与肾功能的关系。方法方便选取2015年3—8月浙医一院门诊CKD病人150例,对其肾小球率过滤率(GFR)进行评估并分组,收集人体测量指标(身高、体重)、实验室检查指标(血常规、肝肾功能),进行统计分析;采用主观全面营养评估法(SGA)进行营养评价。结果 CKD病人的总体营养不良发生率为17.3%,其中重度营养不良发生率为12.0%,轻-中度营养不良发生率为5.3%。CKD后期病人的BMI、血红蛋白有所下降,血肌酐、尿酸、尿素氮升。结论 CKD病人营养不良发生率高,营养不良主要表现为体重下降和贫血。
Objective To analyse the nutritional status of chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients, and its relationship with renal function. Methods Convenient selection 150 cases of outpatient CKD patients from March to August 2015 of the first affiliated hospital, college of medicine, Zhejiang university were inquired, assessing and grouping their glomerular filtration rate (GFR), then collecting and statistical analysis their anthropometric measures (height, weight) and laboratory parameters (routine blood, hepatorenal function). Subjective comprehensive nutritional assessment method was used to assess the nutri-tional status of CKD patients. Results The incidence of malnutrition in CKD patients was 17.3%, among which the inci-dence of severe malnutrition was 12.0%, and the incidence of mild to moderate malnutrition was 5.3%. The BMI, hemoglobin of late periods of CKD patients were decreased, serum creatinine, uric acid, urea nitrogen were increased. Conclusion The incidence of malnutrition in CKD patients was high. Malnutrition is mainly manifested in weight loss and anemia.
