无痛人流术对疤痕子宫患者进行人工流产的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Painless Surgery on Patients with Uterine Scar Abortion

目的探讨无痛人流术对疤痕子宫患者进行人工流产的临床效果。方法方便择取2015年12月—2016年2月该院收治的280例疤痕子宫患者作为研究对象,采用简单抽样法将所有患者分为2组,各组患者均占140例,1组患者为对照组,采用电动人工流产吸引器进行手术,1组患者为观察组,进行无痛人流术,分析两组手术方法的临床效果。结果观察组疤痕子宫患者的手术时间(7.24±1.23)min、术中出血量(8.25±4.65)m L、疼痛评分(1.20±0.13)分及并发症发生率(2.14%)明显优于对照组瘢痕子宫患者,两组数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论给予瘢痕子宫患者无痛人流术进行人工流产,手术时间短,术中出血量少,疼痛较轻,可有效的降低并发症发生率,值得推广及采纳。

Objective Painless abortion for abortion patients with uterine scar clinical effect. Methods Convenient selection from December 2015 to February 2016 in the hospital were 280 cases of uterine scar patients as the research object, using simple sampling method all patients were divided into two groups, 140 cases were found in each group, a group of patients as the control group by electric abortion suction operation, a group of patients for the observation group, for painless in-duced abortion, the analysis of the clinical effect of two groups of surgical methods. Results To observe the operation time of the patients with uterine scar （7.24±1.23） min, intraoperative blood loss （8.25±465） mL, pain score （1.20±0.13） and com-plication occurrence rate of （2.14%） was significantly better than the control group in patients with uterine scar, differences between the data of two groups were significant, P﹤0.05. Conclusion Patients with uterine scar give painless abortion abor-tion, shorter operative time, less blood loss, less pain, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, worthy of promotion and adoption.
