结果治疗后,观察组TG(3.0±0.8)mmol/L、TC(5.1±1.0)mmol/L、LDL-C(1.3±0.8)mmol/L低于对照组TG(3.8±1.1)mmol/L、TC(6.5±0.8)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.1±0.8)mmol/L,HDL-C(2.8±0.7)mmol/L高于对照组(2.5±0.5)mmol/L。
Objective To study the effect of l-amlodipine combined with Atovaquone Ting calcium in the treatment of el-derly patients with Senile Simple Systolic Hypertension (Senile Simple Systolic Hypertension,SSSH) clinical efficacy. Methods Convenient selection come to my hospital in March 2014 to November 2015 and 110 SSSH patients were divided into two groups and 55 cases in the control group, the control group of levo-amlodipine in the treatment of oral 2.5 mg, ob-server group giving levo-amlodipine combined treatment of atorvastatin, were observed clinical symptoms and blood lipid and blood pressure levels. Results After treatment, observation group, TG (3.0±0.8)mmol/L, TC (5.1±1.0)mmol/L, LDL-C (1.3±0.8)mmol/L than the control group TG (3.8±1.1)mmol/L, TC (6.5±0.8)mmol/L, LDL-C (2.1±0.8)mmol/L, HDL-C (2.8± 0.7) mmol/L than in the control group (2.5±0.5)mmol/L.Diastolic pressure in the observation group (75.3±5.8)mmHg, systolic blood pressure (130.4±5.9)mmHg, the pulse pressure (61.4±2.4)mmHg diastolic blood pressure less than the control group (72.1±4.9)mmHg, systolic blood pressure (133.2±6.8)mmHg, the pulse pressure (72.6±3.5)mmHg, a statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Calcium Atovaquone Ting combined with l-amlodipine treatment of SSSH can significantly improve symptoms, reduce the level of serum lipids in patients with.
