摘要
目的探讨中药联合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效。方法方便收集2014年5月—2015年10月在该院妇科门诊就诊的排卵障碍性不孕症患者100例,根据随机数字表法将上述患者分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组单纯采用枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加中医药汤剂治疗,比较两组治疗前、排卵期的卵泡内径及子宫内膜厚度变化及排卵率、妊娠率和疗效的差异。结果观察组卵泡期的卵泡内径为(23.9±4.3)mm,子宫内膜厚度为(9.7±3.2)mm,比对照组的(22.5±4.1)mm、(7.1±3.2)mm明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组妊娠率、总有效率分别为66.0%、82.0%,明显高于对照组的32.0%、72.0%(P<0.05)。结论对于排卵障碍性不孕症,中药汤剂配合枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊有调经、促排卵、促进子宫内膜增厚,利于胚胎着床,提高妊娠率,是排卵障碍性不孕症较好的一种高效安全的疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of treating anovulatory infertility by traditional Chinese medicine combined with Clomifene Citrate Capsules. Methods Convenient selection 100 patients with anovulatory infertility who were treated in gynaecology department of our hospital from May 2014 to Oct 2015, according to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, there were 50 patients in each group. Control group were treated with clomiphene citrate capsules, observation group were treated by traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of control group, the follicular diameter and endometrial thickness changes at ovulation stage, ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and curative effect were compared between the two groups. Results The follicular diameter of the observation group was (23.9 ± 4.3) mm, endometrial thickness was (9.7 ± 3.2) mm,(7.1 ± 4.1) mm, (22.5 ± 3.2) mm was significantly im-proved (P〈0.05). The pregnancy rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 66.0% and 82.0% respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group (32.0%, 72.0%) (P〈0.05). Conclusion To anovulatory infer-tility, the traditional Chinese medicine decoction with clomifene citrate capsules has effect about menstruation, ovulation, promote endometrial thickening, to be benefit for embryo implantation, improve the pregnancy rate,it is a better safe and ef-ficient therapy of anovulatory infertility.
