摘要 通过原材料的选材、铺层和层合板结构设计,阐述了复合材料的基础设计。结合复合材料的原材料和结构设计原则,说明了复合材料结构的可设计性。针对复合材料各组分材料的特性,详细介绍了原材料选择的重要性,从载荷性能要求方面并结合层合板结构设计原则,对复合材料层合板进行了设计,并应用有限元分析软件(ABAQUS)对层合板进行了仿真分析,阐述了复合材料层合板仿真分析的方法和步骤,同时根据仿真结果对复合材料铺层进行了合理的优化设计。 The basic design of composite material is described through the material selection, the laying layer and the laminate structure. The design principles of composite materials and structural design show that the structure of the com- posite material can be designed. According to the., characteristic of the various components of the composite materials, intro- duce in detail the importance of raw material choice. The design of composite laminate is designed according to the require- ment of load performance and the design principle of composite laminate structure, and with the help of the computer by u- sing the finite element analysis software (ABAQUS) simulation analysis of laminated plates, describe the method and steps of simulation analysis of laminated plates of composite materials. At the same time, according to the simulation results of the composite material layer, optimize the reasonable design.
