摘要
装甲车辆用间隔环材质为45钢,探讨了采用亚温淬火工艺对装甲车辆用间隔环组织和性能的影响。结果表明,采用780℃亚温淬火,其内部组织为细小马氏体,其强韧性好,亚温淬火后残留铁素体呈细小针状,且钢的强度、硬度降低不多。与传统的淬火工艺相比,亚温淬火能够有效避免间隔环淬火裂纹的产生,大大降低淬火变形。对于尺寸较小、结构复杂的零件,亚温淬火工艺具有广泛的应用前景。
The effect on metallurgical structure and property of 45 steel spacer ring for armored vehicles is discussed with the use of subthermal quenching technic. The experimentation shows that by means of 780 ~C subthermal quenching, the martensite of the part is very thin and has high tensile strength and toughness. The remaining ferrite after subtherma[ quenching takes on micro-acicular while the strength and hardness reduces very little. By comparison with the normal heat- treatment, the subthermal quenching techinic can avoid the spacer ring from crack-producing, and reduce quenching deform- ation largely. The suhthermal quenching technic could be used in some parts with small dimension and complicated frame- work, and having wide application in the future.
