摘要 消融是通过热能、冰冻、激光或化学药物等理化手段使肿瘤细胞死亡的一种非手术治疗方法。20多年前,消融作为终末期癌症姑息性治疗手段,在肝癌、肾癌、结肠直肠癌等领域广泛开展。近年,国内外部分学者将射频消融(radiofrequency ablation,RFA)应用于甲状腺结节的治疗;并对其适应证、有效性和安全性等进行了有益探索。通过临床实践和对比研究,证实RFA可有效缩小结节性甲状腺肿、
