术前饮用糖类清饮对全身麻醉诱导后血液动力学的影响

摘要 全身麻醉(全麻)诱导期所用的药物对心血管均有一定的抑制作用,加之病人病情和术前禁食、禁饮等因素引起的相对血容量不足,可导致全麻诱导后血压下降甚至低血压。本研究拟探讨术前饮用糖类清饮对于全麻病人血液动力学和麻醉诱导后及苏醒期拔管后反流误吸的影响。具体报道如下。
