影响低位直肠前切除综合征的因素 被引量：2

摘要 直肠前切除术（anterior resection,AR）是治疗直肠癌的标准术式,与腹会阴联合切除术（abdominoperineal resection,APR）不同,AR保留肛门功能,在病人生理、心理接受方面更具有优势。以往认为APR术后病人的生活质量不如AR,但研究发现两者相近[1]。低位AR术后病人常面临急迫性失禁、粪便逸出、排便频率增加、肛门感觉异常等问题,
