摘要
针对大型起重机已有安全监控系统的现状,采用低成本、高性能的ARM-Linux嵌入式开发技术和分布式无线传感器组网技术,设计了一套大型起重机分布式安全监控管理系统,可快捷、低成本地实现对大型起重机安全监控系统的改造,以满足GB/T28264-2012的有关监控管理要求。所设计的系统通过安全监控仪读取原有的PLC监控系统数据并无线接入风速仪等数据,可实现起重机实时运行数据的监控、记录和历史回放;实时监测起重机工况和分析,快速危险报警。设计的新系统具有低成本、快速组网改造的特点,在某船厂600T龙门吊中得到应用。
Considering the present situation of crane safety monitoring system,we adopted the high- performance,lowcost ARM- Linux embedded development technology and the distributed wireless sensor network technology,and designed a distributed safety monitoring system for large- scale cranes,which could improve the old safety monitoring system quickly and at low cost. The new system meets the demand of GB / T 28264- 2012. The new system reads the original PLC records through a new safety monitor,and accesses the anemometer wirelessly to get the data. It realizes the monitoring,recording and playback of the operation data of the crane,the analysis of the conditions of the carne,and rapid alarm. The new system is lowcost and fast to improve,and has been successfully applied to the 600 T gantry crane in a shipyard.
