摘要
控制电工圆铝杆的电阻率一直是生产厂家首要任务,而电工圆铝杆电阻率受Fe、Si、V及其他微量元素的影响非常明显。本文研究了工业纯铝中Fe、V等杂质对电工圆铝杆电阻率性能的影响。结果表明:电工圆铝杆电阻率随着Fe、V含量的增加而逐渐增大;当其他元素含量不变时,Fe/Si比在3.75~4.75时可以获得符合国标(GB/T3954-2014)的A6电工圆铝杆。
The resistivity of electrical aluminum rods is significantly affected by Fe,Si,V and other trace elements,so to control the resistivity of electrical aluminum rods has been the manufacturers' top priority. In this paper,we studied the impact of Fe,Si,V and other impurities on the resistivity of electrical aluminum rods. The results showed that,the resistivity gradually increased with the increase of Fe and V content in the rods. When the Fe / Si ratio was between 3. 75 to 4. 75( the content of other elements remained unchanged),the A6 electrical aluminum rod produced could meet the standard set in GB / T 3954- 2014.
