高校图书馆个性化服务的探讨

摘要 个性化服务是图书馆需要开拓的一个全新的服务领域,符合社会快速发展的需求。其最大特点就是针对读者的特点提供主动服务。但是从调查来看,读者对个性化服务的了解有待进一步提升,个性化服务的范围仍过于狭窄,今后应该进一步做好个性化服务的宣传推广工作,进一步扩大个性化服务的范围,不断创新个性化服务的方式。
