摘要
针对江苏如东沿海经济开发区集中式污水处理厂原工艺处理出水不达标的问题,对现有水质水量、原处理工艺、运行状况及问题进行分析,提出预处理-强化水解酸化-氧化沟-臭氧高级氧化-BAF的组合处理改造工艺。工程运行结果表明,改造后工艺处理出水COD_(Cr)质量浓度低于70 mg/L,NH_3-N质量浓度低于5 mg/L,TP质量浓度低于0.5 mg/L,三者去除率均达到80%以上,出水水质稳定达到DB 32/939—2006《化学工业主要水污染物排放标准》一级指标要求。
In view of the problem that the quality of the effluent water from a centralized sewage treatment plant in Rudong coastal economic development zone of Jiangsu province was not up to the standard, the quality and quantity of the current influent water, the original treatment process, the operation status and the existing problems, were analyzed. A combined process of pretreatment-enhanced acid hydrolysis-oxidation ditch-ozone advanced oxidation-BAF was adopted for the reconstruction of the said sewage treatment plant. The running re- sults of the project showed that, through the reconstruction, the mass concentrations of CODer, NH3-N and TP in the effluent water were lower than 70, 5 and 0.5 mg/L respectively, the removal rates of them were all above 80%, the effluent water quality stably met the specification for grade 1 in DB 32/939-2006 Provincial Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Chemical Industry of Jiangsu Province.
