新媒体的发展,对发挥高校共青团组织的思想引领作用,既充满了挑战也提供了发展的机遇。文章结合时代特征,从引导学生全面发展、传播国家主导文化、维护社会和谐发展三个方面对高校共青团组织的思想引领作用的内涵进行分析,结合当前部分学生在网络化影响下表现出的政治追求弱化、信仰感召淡化、社会责任淡漠等现象,分析了高校共青团组织在工作中应遵循核心教育原则、民主开放原则和创新发展原则,多方拓展领域,运用多种方式促进其思想引领作用的有效发挥。

The development of the new media is bringing both opportunities and challenges for the communist youth league organizations＇ guidance for the ideology. The article combined with the characteristics of social development,and to promote its work more effectively,this paper analyzes its connotation from guiding the students integrated development,propagating national main culture,and maintaining social harmonious development,including some phenomenons,like part of students＇ political relief and social responsibility be weaken under the influence of the Net. After that,the paper did some research about improving the effectively action of the communist youth league during the work with the key principles of educational,democracy and openness,creativeness.
