社区音乐教育的探索与实践研究——以太原社区学院为例

Explorative and Practical Research on the Music Education of Community——Taking the Community Colleges in Taiyuan as a Case

社区教育作为终身教育的重要领域之一,在社区管理中发挥着独特作用。广播电视大学承担社区音乐教育工作,具备一定的发展优势,已经在弘扬民族音乐文化,提高全民音乐素质方面取得了可喜的成绩。太原社区学院自成立以来,相继开展了一系列包括社区音乐教育在内的活动,获得了一些经验,但仍然存在平台资源陈旧、缺乏系统性,专职教师力量薄弱,理论研究发展不平衡的问题。在今后的发展中,可以从优化平台资源质量,加强师资队伍建设,大力开展社区教育的课题研究等方面努力。

It is a new mold for the development of community college to set up a community college relied on the Radio and Television Universities. Since the establishment of Community Colleges in Taiyuan based on Taiyun Radio and Television University,it has made a great contribution to the Music Education of the community,which has popularized the community education among all the grassroots communities through its systemic advantages of the Radio and Television University. Meanwhile,some disadvantages are detected during the investigation. Therefore,the suggestions of upgrading the resources,strengthening the construction of the staffs and enhancing the development of scientific research and theory buildings are put forward in this paper.
