摘要
为了在企业生产一线人才数量与人才质量上满足我国"十二五"以来产业升级过程中的需求,提高高职学生学习力成为解决矛盾的关键途径之一。通过对目前高职院校的学生学习力分析,利用互动、文化熏陶、数字资源、信息化等手段,提出从学习动力、学习毅力、学习能力、学习创新力四方面提升高职学生学习力,从而让高职学生更好适应产业升级背景下的岗位要求,加快产业的转型升级。
Both the quantity and quality of talents can not meet the requirements of the "12th five-year" in the process of industrial upgrading.
