摘要
植物雄性不育作为杂种优势利用的主要手段,其不育的分子生物学机理成为研究热点。除不育基因挖掘之外,作为主要的表观遗传修饰方式的DNA甲基化也逐渐成为研究植物雄性不育的重要方法。本文从介绍植物甲基化的模式及研究方法开始,重点阐述了近年来在植物尤其是水稻、小麦和玉米中由花粉不育引起的雄性不育材料的甲基化差异和相关元件的调控,并对未来的相关研究工作予以展望。希望本综述为人们进一步研究DNA甲基化在植物雄性不育中的作用提供借鉴。
Plant male sterility utilization is the main method ofheterosis, and its molecular biological mechanism has become a research hotspot. Besides sterile gene discovery, DNA methylation, which is the major epigenetic modification method, has gradually become an important method for the study of plant male sterility. In this paper, we began with the introduction of the model and research methods of plant methylation, and focused on the methylation differences and regulation of related components of male sterile materials caused by pollen sterility in plants, especially in rice, wheat and maize in recent years. We also looked forward to related research work in the future. We hope that this review would provide reference for further study of the role of DNA methylation in plants male sterility.
