五大发展理念是十八届党中央在新常态背景下提出的,是进一步推动中国特色社会主义发展的新思路和新目标,是马克思主义中国化最新成果的高度概括和凝练,是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的行动指南。将五大发展理念融入高校思想政治理论课教学是新形势下推动高校思政教育发展的题中之义和必然要求,有助于彰显高校思想政治教育的重要性,让大学生进一步学习党的先进思想,促进大学生在践行五大发展理念的同时明确自身的责任,成为合格的社会主义建设接班人和主力军。
