潜油电泵工况监测系统的故障诊断方法及其应用 被引量:11

摘要 潜油电泵(ESP)的工况监测系统是实时监测ESP井下工况(井下压力、温度、液面等)和电泵运行状态(电机温度、振动量、电缆漏失等),保障潜油电泵长期安全、高效、稳定运行的核心单元。在介绍ESP工况监测系统组成原理、应用特点的基础上,对泵工况监测系统的各种常见故障及其成因进行归纳、研究,给出了相应的诊断方案:首先,针对现场应用和系统运行的环境要求,提出了可以在线检测工况监测系统故障的系统诊断方法;其次,根据工况监测系统的内部组成结构,提出了3种基于功能模块的故障排查、诊断方法,包括分级诊断法、比对分析法和局部定位法。现场实际应用表明,所提方法对定位和故障诊断准确度高,效果显著。 The down-hole monitoring system of electric submersible pump( ESP) is the key unit for monitoring in real-time the down-hole work environment( bottom hole pressure,ambient temperature,and liquid level,etc.) and the ESP running status( motor temperature,pump's vibration and cable current leakage),ensuring safe operation,and more efficient and long-term stable production. Based upon the monitoring system's operating principle and field application character,a common set of malfunctions and running failure of the system are summarized and analyzed,the corresponding troubleshooting methods are presented. First,according to the field application requirements,an online system fault diagnosis method is given. Then,base on the internal structure and function of the monitor system,three model based diagnosing methods for failure identification and location is proposed,which are hierarchy diagnosing method,comparison analysis,and component based analysis. Field application shows that the proposed method has a high accuracy of location and fault diagnosis,whose effect is remarkable.
