顶空-GC/MS测定药物中乙醇含量的教学实验探索 被引量:4

摘要 乙醇在很多行业都有很重要的作用,特别是化妆品和医药行业。乙醇在很多产品的配料中占有很大的比重,而其含量通常作为判断产品质量的重要指标。利用静态顶空—气质联用分析仪对易挥发有机物乙醇进行定性定量分析,改变分析条件、温度、时间以及进样比例等,找出最佳实验条件。通过绘制标准曲线、干扰实验以及对花露水等实际样品进行加标回收实验,结果表明对于药物中乙醇这种易挥发有机物采用静态顶空GC-MS法检测,精度高,完全满足乙醇对于检测灵敏度的要求,且易于操作,能引导学生在实践中综合应用所学理论知识,可以作为仪器分析实验课的一个备选案例。 Ethanol is the most common organic compound in our life. Especially in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries,which has a large proportion of the ingredients in many products. Ethanol content is often used as a very important indicator to judge product quality. By changing the analytical conditions of static headspace-gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer( GC / MS),temperature,time and sample proportion,the optimum conditions were found. And the standard curve was gained. The relative standard deviation and spiked recoveries were obtained by measuring results. By adding an appropriate concentration of interfering substances in an ethanol solution,such as methanol,propanol and butanol,then ethanol was measured. The results showed that this method is suitable for the determination of the ethanol content in the drug. In conclusion,this method has high sensitivity,selectivity,strong anti-interference ability and other characteristics,which can guide students to apply the knowledge in the practice. This teaching experiment may be used as an alternative case of instrument analysis experiment.
