摘要
寻找一种快速的,对高效液相色谱仪和色谱柱损害最小的流动相条件,使其适用于头孢拉定胶囊含量测定的学生实验。方法:通过改变流动相中水,甲醇,3.86%醋酸钠溶液,4%醋酸溶液的比例,寻找最优的流动相条件。结果:最优流动相条件为水-甲醇-3.86%醋酸钠溶液-4%醋酸溶液(1480∶640∶2∶0.4)。运用此流动相测定头孢拉定胶囊,方法学符合标准,与药典方法相比,用时短,对液相和色谱柱损害小。结论:此流动相适合头孢拉定胶囊的含量测定,可以用于学生实验。
Objective: To search a mobile phase condition which fast and minimal damage to the high performance liquid chromatography and the column,making it suitable for student experiments of the content determination of cephradine capsules. Methods: By changing the mobile phase ratio of water,4% acetic acid solution,3. 86% sodium acetate solution and methanol,to find the optimal mobile phase conditions. Results: The optimal condition for the mobile phase water- methanol-3. 86% sodium acetate-4% acetic acid( 1480 ∶ 640 ∶ 2 ∶ 0. 4). The mobile phase was used for measuring cephradine capsules,the methodology meet the standard,to compare with the pharmacopoeia method,saving much time and little damage to the instrumentation and column. Conclusion: This mobile phase is applicable to the determination of cephradine capsules,which can be used for student experiments.
