摘要
为做到因人施教,采用问卷调查掌握学员的专业基础,有针对性地设计课程内容;部分理论教学内容采用视频演示方法,便于学员理解和掌握;强化实验教学内容,采用以动手及分析能力培养为核心的学员主体式实验教学模式,培养了学员自主动手实践能力;以学员独立报告、教员引导及讨论相结合的形式开展课程相关技术前沿进展研讨,提高了学员的文献检索与归纳能力、问题分析能力、知识综合能力和学术交流能力。通过上述方法的综合运用,有效提升了"含能材料及性能测试"研究生课程的教学效果。
According to the students' answers in the questionnaires,the basic foundation of the graduates for this course was found out and the contents in the course were redesigned. Some video materials were introduced in the course to make the basic theories understand easily. The hours for experiments were increased to train the students' practice abilities. Research-orientated teaching method was introduced to encourage students to develop the capabilities of document searching,problem analyzing and solving,task planning and academic topic communicating. In these ways,the learning effects of the postgraduates in the course of energetic material and performance measurement were improved.
