一种空气源复叠式高温热泵综合实验台的研制

摘要 为了适应能源与动力工程专业和建筑环境与能源应用工程专业的学科发展和培养创新型人才的需要,设计开发了一套空气源复叠式高温热泵综合实验平台。该实验平台选用R124和R410A分别作为高温级、低温级热泵制冷剂,实现-20℃的低温环境下稳定制取80℃高温热水。同时,实验台采用先进的热工检测和PLC控制系统,能够实现系统工况参数的自动检测、监控与采集存储。因此,该实验平台达到了开设"综合性、设计性、研究性"为核心内容的"三性"实验的要求,并具有开展一些探索性实验研究的功能。 In order to meet the requirements of the disciplinary development of energy power engineering specialty and building environment equipment engineering specialty and training innovative talents,an air source cascade high temperature heat pump comprehensive experiment platform was developed. The platform,chose R124 and R410 A as the high and low stage working fluid respectively,and could product high temperature hot water of 80℃ in-20℃ low temperature environment. Meanwhile,the platform adopts advanced thermal detection and the PLC control system which realizes condition-parameter auto-detection,control and storage. Therefore,it could be used for making some integrative,investigative or designed experiments and even for doing some exploring experimental researches.
