摘要
针对某办公楼建筑结构进行检测,研究分析存在的结构缺陷。在此基础上,针对墙、柱、梁、板提出了对应的加固措施,根据现行规范对新增剪力墙进行设计,对轴压比不满足规范要求的柱采用外粘型钢加固,对承载力不满足规范要求但承载力提高幅度超过40%的梁采用加大截面的方法加固,对承载力不满足规范要求的板采用粘碳纤维布法进行加固。加固后重新进行了混凝土抗压强度检测,检测结果符合结构安全使用的要求,使用状况良好,对同类项目有较好的指导意义。
According to the detection results of the structure of an office building, the existing structural defects are analyzed in this paper, based on which the corresponding reinforcement measures for the walls, columns, beams and plates made reinforcement measures are proposed. To follow the newly added shear wall design in current specifica-tion, externally bonded steel reinforcement, extension of cross-section and sticking carbon fiber sheet methods should be carried out for the columns dissatisfying the axial compression ratio requirements, the beams with inade-quate bearing capacity, which should be improved more than 40%, and the plates with insufficient bearing capacity,respectively. The compressive strength tests of the concrete conducted again after the reinforcement indicate that the reinforcements are in good conditions and meet the requirements of the structural safety, which provides well guid-ance for similar projects.
