疼痛护理在痔疮患者手术中的应用

Application of Pain Nursing in Surgical Treatment of Hemorrhoids Patients

目的探讨疼痛护理在痔疮患者手术中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2016年1月在医院接受痔疮手术的220例患者作为研究对象,完全随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者给予常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理基础上给予疼痛护理,对患者进行疼痛等级观察。结果对照组患者疼痛分级明显高于观察组,且患者的治疗依从性、疼痛指数、肛管最大静息压、知识掌握度以及护理满意率等都低于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理在痔疮手术治疗中效果明显。

Objective To explore the application effect of pain nursing in the treatment of hemorrhoids surgery. Methods 220 patients with hemorrhoids in the hospital from 2014 January to 2016 January were selected as the research obiect, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, the patients in observation group were treated with pain, and the pain level was observed according to the pain. Results Control group pain rating was significantly higher than the observation group. The patients＇ compliance with treatment, pain index, maximal anal resting pressure, knowledge and nursing satisfaction degree of control group were lower than observation group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion The effect of pain nursing in the treatment of hemorrhoids surgery is obviously due to the conventional nursing.
