摘要
调查研究发现,高师院校指导教师和受教地指导教师的指导形式反映了指导中的师生失衡现象,指导内容的不全面成为影响教师专业发展的关键因素,以及指导教师的优势是指导重点选择的依据。
According to the questionnaire survey, the guiding modes of the teachers from teachers colleges and from those in the interns' schools reflect an imbalanced interaction between the teachers and the students. The inadequate guidance is the major cause for hindering their pro- fessional development, while the teachers' help with the students' proper choice is their major advantage.
