This paper focuses on the IoT applications to such fields in modem agriculture as the early warning and forecast system and agricultural facilities, as well as its necessity, and gives a detailed analysis of the framework, sensor networks and RFID technology. It reveals that it is necessary to use IoT technology to solve the Three Rural Issues in China.
