摘要
目的降低住院管道标识缺陷率,提高临床护理质量。方法成立品管圈,对住院患者管道标识进行规范。结果住院患者管道标识缺陷率由87.50%降低到13.16%,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论开展品管圈活动,能充分发挥护理人员工作积极性,改善护理质量,降低管道标识缺陷率,提高患者满意度。
Objective To reduce the defect rate of the hospital pipeline identification and improve the quality of clinical nursing.Methods the establishment of quality control circle ,the identification of hospital patients in the pipeline.Results the rate of the patients in the hospital was reduced from 87.50% to 13.16% ,with significant difference（P〈0.001）.Conclusion To carry out the activity of product management circle, can give full play to the enthusiasm of nursing staff, improve the quality of nursing, reduce the rate of the pipeline identification defect, improve patient satisfaction.
