本文运用精益生产的方法,分析了煤矿生产中普遍存在的浪费环节,针对其成因,并提出了相关改善措施,对煤炭企业改变管理模式,应对困难局面,具有较好的指导作用。

In this paper, using the lean production methods, the waste links existing in the coal mine production were analyzed, in view of its cause, and the relevant improvement measures were put forward, it has the better guidance to change the management mode of coal enterprises and deal with difficult situations.
