摘要
针对同步器滑动齿套锻件出现的魏氏组织进行了分析,讨论和研究了原材料和冷却均匀性对材料组织的影响,并提出相应的对策和改善措施。
The widmanstatten structure of synchronizer sliding gear sleeve forging was analyzed. The effect of row materials and cooling uniformity on widmanstatten structure was discussed and studied,and corresponding countermeasures and improvement measures were put forward.
