摘要
通过超声波检验、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法对304不锈钢钢管焊接断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:由于冷却较为缓慢,造成热影响区附近铬贫化,使焊缝热影响区碳化物沿晶界析出,造成的晶间腐蚀是304不锈钢钢管焊接断裂的主要原因。
Welding fracture causes of 304 stainless steel pipe were analyzed by ultrasonic inspection,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,hardness testing and other methods. The results show that chromium deplete near the heat affected zone due to the relatively slow cooling to make carbide precipitate along the grain boundaries,so that the caused intergranular corrosion is the main reason of the 304 stainless steel pipe welding fracture.
