深圳市龙岗区65岁及以上老年人体检血脂异常情况

Analysing the Detection Rate of Dyslipidemia of 65-years-old and above Peoples in Longgang District of Shenzhen City

目的通过分析65岁及以上老年人体检血脂结果,了解该人群中的血脂异常情况。方法收集2015年5月至2016年5月进行免费体检的65岁及以上老年人,共计5408名,统计不同性别、各年龄组的血脂异常检出率。结果血脂异常检出率在不同性别间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),随着年龄的增长,血脂异常检出率也在下降。结论在不同年龄组别,老年女性的血脂异常检出率比老年男性的要高,在个别项目如高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)上,老年男性比女性要高。

Objective Through analyze the blood lipid results 65 - years - old peoples and above whose physical examination is in hospital to understand the dyslipidemia of this population. Methods Collecting the results of 5408 65 - years - old and above old peoples who were had free physical examination in hospital and to gather the dyslipidemia detection rate in different sex and age groups statistics. Results The detection rate of dyslipidemio has statistical significance in different sex （P 〈 0. 05 ）, dyslipidemia detection rote is decreased with the growth of age. Conclusion The detection rate of dyslipidemia of old women is higher than the old men in different age groups, but including HDL - C, it＇opposite.
