近年来,我国服务业稳步发展,对经济增长的拉动力不断增强,但从总体上看,服务业发展仍显滞后,发展水平不高,所占份额偏低,在规模、结构和质量等方面,与发达国家和很多发展中国家相比还有一定差距,服务业发展之路任重道远。要发挥服务业在经济增长中的引擎作用,需要加强质量、标准和品牌建设,强化质量要素对经济发展的支撑作用。
