高职院校大学生就业平台搭建的模式研究

A Research on the Building of Employment Platform Model in Higher Vocational College

本文以北京财贸职业学院学生职业指导及就业工作为例,针对高职学生层次,结合财贸类专业特色,从内外因素两方面探讨了高职院校如何帮助大学生应对激烈的就业竞争,即从内在而言,以提升学生的职业素养为抓手,就外在而言,以为学生提供实习就业信息、建立校友资源库、参加专业技能大赛、设置上班式课程、强化校企合作机制、签订订单班培养方式、创设大学生创业孵化基地等为方便毕业生就业创业搭建的多种类型平台为措施,重点论述如何开展特色就业工作以及提升职业指导效果与效率的主要经验和做法。

This paper Takes the vocational guidance and employment work of Beijing College of Finance and Commerce as an example, aiming at students level and combined with specialized characteristic of finance and commerce, analysis from two aspects with internal and external factors, to explore how to deal with the fierce competition in employment, that is, from internal to promote the student＇ s professionalism as impetus; from external to provide the practicing information, building alumni resources, taking part in professional skills competition, offering working type class, and strengthening school enterprise cooperation mechanism, signing order type training class, and the students＇ innovative undertaking hatching system etc. methods to build muhiple types of employment platform for graduated students, emphasis on discuss the experience and practice about how to carry out the characteristic employment work and enhance vocational guidance efficiency.
