摘要 "互联网+"背景下,随着企业对O2O商业模式的青睐有加,带动了线上企业电商网站和线下传统渠道对营销专业人才需求的迅猛增长。与互联网时代相应,企业对营销专业人才的素质也提出了新的要求:网络化复合型人才的需求加大,同时,大数据时代企业对营销人员的市场调研以及数据处理能力的要求提高,这已成为高校市场营销专业发展顺应时局应积极应对的问题。目前现代线上教育也正在挑战着高校的生存。《市场营销》课程教学必须顺势而为,积极变革。 Under the background of "Internet +" , along with the enterprise' s favorable to the 020 business mode, which caused rapidly demanding of marketing talent both for online business websites and the traditional off-line sales. Corresponding with the Internet era, the enterprises put forward the new requirements about the professional quality of talent : increased demanding of network compound talents, meanwhile, in big data era the enterprise requires market talents with the abilities of market research and data processing. To comply with the current development, these issues should be actively corresponding by marketing major in colleges and universities. At present, online education also challenging the survival of traditional colleges and Universities. The marketing course in college and universities must reform positively to meets situation developments.
