摘要
目的研究分析锁定钢板外置与外固定支架固定骨折的生物力学特性。方法选取2015年4月—2016年1月该院实验室100根不同长度的牛腿骨,随机分为两组。50例为对照组,应用外固定支架方式固定;50例为观察组,应用锁定钢板外置方式固定。对比两组标本在不同外力负载下轴向扭转角度与压缩位移。结果两组在施加100N、200 N、300 N、400 N、500 N及600 N外力载荷下的压缩值差异明显,且所施加载荷越大,压缩值差异越大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在施加4 N.cm、6 N.cm、8 N.cm、10 N.cm、12 N.cm及14 N.cm载荷下的轴向扭转差异明显,且载荷越大,扭转角度差异越大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同外固定支架固定相比,锁定钢板外置方式固定骨折的生物力学性能更好,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To study the biomechanical analysis of locking plate external and external fixation of fracture. Methods 100 different lengths of corbel bone from April 2015 — January 2016 in our hospital laboratory were randomly divided into two groups of 50 patients as the control group. The application of external fixation; 50 cases of the observation group,the application of locking plate external fixed. Comparing the two groups of specimens in different external load under axial compression and torsion angle displacement. Results The two groups in 200 N, 300 N, applied 100 N, 400 N, 500 N and600 N under the external load compression value significantly, and the applied load increases, compression value the greater the difference, significant difference(P〈0.05); the two group in applying 4N.cm 6N.cm, 8N.cm, 10 N.cm, 12 N.cm and 14 N.cm, the axial torsion load is significantly different, and the larger the load is, the twist angle of the greater the difference,significant difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion With external fixation compared with external fixation of locking plate fracture life The mechanical performance is better, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
