艾司西酞普兰合并奥氮平治疗难治性抑郁症疗效刍议

Escitalopram Citalopram Combined Olanzapine Treatment-resistant Depression Effect of Authority

目的探究对患有难治性抑郁症病患应用艾司西酞普兰及奥氮平联合诊治的医学疗效。方法整群选取该院在2015年3月—2016年3月所收治的72例难治性抑郁症患者作为该文研究对象,依照随机方式将其分为对照组与试验组,两组各为36例。对照组病患单纯应用艾司西酞普兰治疗,实验组病患应用艾司西酞普兰及奥氮平联合治疗。结果实验组病患的治疗效果(77.78%)明显比对照组病患(47.22%)好,且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对难治性抑郁症病患应用艾司西酞普兰及奥氮平联合治疗可获取较好效果,有效控制病情发展,改善病患心理情绪状态,值得在临床之上进一步的推广应用。

Objective To explore the treatment resistant depression patients treated with olanzapine and application of Ai Sciplan effect. Methods Group selection 72 cases of patients with refractory depression treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February in were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, two cases in each group were 36 cases. The patients in control group were treated with escitalopram in the treatment,of the experimental group disease suffering from application of escitalopram and combined with olanzapine in the treatment.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group（77.78%） was significantly better than that of the control group patients（47.22%）, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the refractory depression disease suffering from application of escitalopram and olanzapine combined therapy can obtain better effect,effectively control the progression of the disease, improve patient mental and emotional states, worth clinical popularizing and applying.
