摘要
目的为了进一步减少住院患者压疮的发生率并提高患者对护理的满意度,分析和研究品管圈活动在护理过程中应用价值。方法根据随机原则选取80例于2015年3月—2016年3月在该院住院治疗的患者作为研究对象,并根据双盲对照原则将其分为对照组(n=40)和试验组(n=40),入组患者均给予常规护理措施,而试验组则在常规护理措施的基础上给予品管圈,比较不同护理措施对压疮发生率的影响。结果经过研究发现,试验组患者压疮的发生率(4.00%)和对照组(25.00%)相比明显降低,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院患者在治疗过程中实施品管圈,有助于提高护理质量,减轻压疮发生率,效果显著,值得推广和应用。
Objective To further Reducing the pressure sores nursing of hospitalized patients,analysis and discussion of the meaning and value of QCC. Methods 80 cases with the pressure sores nursing of hospitalized patients, which admitted in our hospital for surgical treatment during March 2015—March 2016, were selected as the？research object according to random number table method and divided into the experimental group（n=40）and the control group（n=40）according to the principle of double blind control. All patients were given the routine nursing, and experimental group were given the QCC at the same time. The effects of nursing care were compared. Results After comparative study found that the incidence of experimental group（4.00%） is lower than that of the control group（25.00%）, the difference was significant statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion QCC in the pressure sores nursing of hospitalized patients help to effeetively reduce the incidence, improve the satisfaction of the patients, which is worth promoting.
