滋阴清热润喉合剂治疗放射性咽喉炎的临床研究

Ziyin Heat Throat Mixture Clinical Research for the Treatment of Radioactive Strep Throat

目的研究滋阴清热润喉合剂治疗放射性咽喉炎的临床效果。方法研究对象为方便选取该院2014年4月—2016年1月收治的85例放射性咽喉炎患者。患者分组方法 :中心随机系统法。85例患者分为常规组和中医组两个组别。常规组行常规处理;中医组在常规组基础上加滋阴清热润喉合剂治疗。观察指标:1放射性咽喉炎治疗效果;2患者咽部充血、咽痛、咽部黏膜干燥、黏膜萎缩消失时间的差异。结果 1中医组相比于常规组放射性咽喉炎治疗效果更高,分别为95.24%和72.09%,P<0.05;2中医组相比于常规组咽部充血、咽痛、咽部黏膜干燥、黏膜萎缩消失时间更短,P<0.05。结论滋阴清热润喉合剂治疗放射性咽喉炎的临床效果确切,可有效促进咽部症状和黏膜症状消退,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of nourishing yin and clearing heat and moistening mixture in treating radiation pharyngitis. Methods Convenient selection 85 cases of patients with radiation sore throat admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to January 2016. Patient group method： central stochastic system. 85 cases were divided into two groups：the conventional group and the traditional Chinese medicine group. The conventional group received routine treatment; traditional Chinese medicine group and Ziyin Qingre Runhou Heji in conventional group on the basis of treatment. Observation index： ① radioactive pharyngitis treatment effect; ② patients with pharyngeal hyperemia, sore throat, dry pharynx mucosa,mucosal atrophy disappearance time differences. Results ①Traditional Chinese medicine group than in the conventional group radiation laryngopharyngitis treatment effect more high, respectively 95.24% and 72.09%,P〈0.05. ②traditional Chinese medicine group compared to the conventional group throat congestion, sore throat, dry pharynx mucosa, mucosal atrophy disappeared in shorter time, P〈0.05. Conclusion Nourishing Yin and clearing heat Runhou Heji treatment radiation laryngopharyngitis clinical curative effect, can effectively promote the pharyngeal symptoms and mucosal symptoms subside,worthy of promotion.
