小麦纤维素颗粒对2型糖尿病患者血糖血脂的干预作用 被引量:2

Effects of wheat cellulose particles on the blood glucose and lipid in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients

摘要 目的评估小麦纤维素颗粒对2型糖尿病患者血糖和血脂的干预作用。方法将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分成观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30),对照组接受降糖降脂方案治疗,观察组在对照组降糖降脂方案的基础上联合小麦纤维素颗粒治疗,疗程均为28 d,观察治疗前后两组空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h-PG)和糖化血清白蛋白(GA),以及总胆固醇(TG)、甘油三脂(TC)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)等血脂各项指标的变化。结果糖代谢方面:与治疗前相比,观察组治疗后FPG、GA和2h-PG水平均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01),对照组FPG和2h-PG水平也明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间比较表明,观察组2h-PG和GA水平降低更为显著,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脂代谢方面:与治疗前相比,观察组治疗后LDL-C水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组TC水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组间血脂各项指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应及低血糖事件。结论小麦纤维素颗粒与降糖降脂药物联合治疗2型糖尿病,可改善患者血糖,并对血脂具有一定干预作用。 Objective To evaluate the profile effects of wheat cellulose particles on the blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group (hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering treatment regime, n=30) and observation group (hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering treatment regime combined with wheat cellulose particles, n=30). The fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h-postprandial glucose (2h-PG), glycated albumin (GA), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were assessed before and after 28 days' treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, the levels of FPG, 2h-PG and GA in observation group were decreased significantly (P〈0.05 or 0.01), meanwhile the levels of FPG, 2h-PG in control group also decreased after intervention (P〈0.05). However, the decrease degree of 2h-PG and GA levels in observation group were lower than those in control group (P〈0.05). Compared with before treatment, the level of LDL-C in observation group and the level of TC in control group were decreased (P〈0.05) after treatment. There was no difference in blood lipid between two groups after intervention. There were no adverse drug reactions and hypoglycemic events were observed in both groups. Conclusion Wheat cellulose particles combined with hypoglycemic and lipid-lowering drugs have positive interventions of blood glucose in type 2 diabetes mellitus, and certain intervention effects on blood lipid.
