剖宫产后瘢痕子宫再次妊娠结局及并发症分析

Study of Cesarean Uterine Scar Again after Pregnancy Outcomes and Complications

目的分析剖宫产后出现瘢痕子宫再妊娠结局和并发症。方法整群选取2013年10月—2016年5月该院收治的剖宫产后出现瘢痕子宫再妊娠106例孕妇资料予以回顾性地分析,将其作为观察组,另选取同期该院正常妊娠94名孕妇作为对照组,对两组妊娠结局和并发症情况进行对比。结果两组妊娠不良结局总发生率和新生儿窒息率对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间(1.56±1.36)h、产后出血量(682.60±45.75)m L均比对照组(0.80±0.20)h、(265.58±28.60)m L多,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且剖宫产率与总并发症率61.32%与19.81%均比对照组24.47%与3.19%高,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论瘢痕子宫再妊娠于剖宫产手术后易发,需提高临床医师和孕妇重视度,并积极采取有效干预措施,以促进产妇妊娠结局优化,减少并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze after cesarean uterine scar pregnancy outcomes and complications. Methods Group selection a retrospective analysis of 106 cases of cesarean section appears funding uterine scar again pregnant women from October 2013-May 2016 in our hospital as a study group, select another hospital the same period 94 cases of normal pregnancy as control group of pregnant women, pregnancy outcomes for both groups and concurrency hypertension, were compared.Results The overall incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and neonatal asphyxia contrast no significant difference（P〉0.05）; the observation group operation time（1.56 ± 1.36） h, postpartum hemorrhage（682.60 ± 45.75） mL than in the control group（0.80 ± 0.20） h,（265.58 ± 28.60） mL and more significant difference with statistical significance（P〈0.05）; and the rate of cesarean section and overall complication rate 61.32% and 19.81% than the control group 24.47 % and 3.19% higher, a significant difference has statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The scar on the uterus before pregnancy prone after cesarean section, we need to improve the degree of attention of clinicians and pregnant women, and to take effective interventions to promote maternal pregnancy outcomes optimized to reduce the incidence of complications.
