不同根管治疗方案应用于50例隐裂性牙髓炎患者的临床效果分析

目的探究隐裂性牙髓炎患者采用不同根管治疗方法的临床治疗效果。方法方便选择乌鲁木齐市中医医院口腔科在2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的隐裂性牙髓炎患者50例作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组和研究组,各25例,对照组给予多次根管治疗,研究组的治疗为一次性根管治疗,将两组患者的治疗效果进行观察和对比。结果经过不同方案的治疗,研究组的治疗总有效率96.00%明显高于对照组68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论治疗隐裂性牙髓炎采用一次性根管治疗比多次根管治疗方案效果显著,值得在临床治疗中应用推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of cracked pulpitis patients using different methods of root canal treatment. Methods Convenient selection of Urumqi City Chinese Medicine Hospital Department of stomatology in January 2015 to 2016 January admitted during the period of the hidden crack pulpitis patients 50 cases as the research object, according to the different methods in the treatment of patients were divided into study group and control group, 25 cases in each, control group was treated with multiple root canal therapy, study group treatment for one-time root canal therapy, the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was 68%, significantly higher than that of the control group（96%）, the difference was significant, and there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Te treatment of latent crack Pulpitis by one-time root canal therapy than multiple root canal treatment effect is obvious, worthy of application and promotion in clinical treatment.
