下肢静脉超声检查在下肢骨折手术前的应用

Application of Lower Extremity Venous Ultrasonography in Lower Limb Fracture Surgery

目的观察下肢静脉超声检查在下肢骨折手术前的应用及效果。方法方便选取该院收治的50例下肢骨折患者作为该次观察对象,收治时间为2014年4月—2015年8月,所有下肢骨折患者均进行下肢骨折手术治疗,在手术进行前给予患者下肢静脉超声检查,观察50例行下肢骨折手术患者下肢静脉血栓的发生率。结果 50例行下肢骨折手术的患者中存在14例下肢静脉血栓患者,下肢静脉血栓的发生率为28.00%,主要包括股浅静脉、股总静脉、胫后静脉、股深静脉、及胫前静脉等部位的血栓。结论进行下肢骨折手术前,对患者实施下肢静脉超声检查能有效检验出患者是否存在下肢静脉血栓,为手术治疗提供参考。

Objective To observe the application and effect of lower extremity venous ultrasound in lower limb fracture before operation. Methods In our hospital, 50 cases of lower limb fracture patients as the observation object, were for April2014 to 2015 August selected, all lower limb fracture patients were performed in lower limb fracture surgery treatment, in the operation of the given patients with lower extremity venous ultrasound examination and observation of 50 cases of lower limb fracture surgery patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis incidence. Results There are 14 cases of deep venous thrombosis patients of 50 cases with lower limb fracture surgery patients, deep venous thrombosis of the lower limbs occurred rate was 28.00%, including shares superficial vein, shares vein, posterior tibial vein, femoral deep vein and anterior tibial vein location of thrombosis. Conclusion Lower limb fracture surgery before surgery, patients with lower extremity venous ultrasound can effectively test whether the presence of lower extremity venous thrombosis, to provide reference for surgical treatment.
