腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转疗效研究

Study on the Efficacy of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Ovarian Cyst Pedicle Torsion

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的效果。方法方便选取该院2013年12月—2015年12月收治的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者118例,随机分为2组各59例,观察组采用腹腔镜手术,对照组采用开腹手术,比较两组手术情况及并发症。结果两组手术时间比较无显著性(P>0.05),观察组出血量(45.2±8.5)m L、排气时间(19.4±2.1)h、下床时间(1.7±1.1)d、出院时间(4.2±1.3)d明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.4%,明显优于对照组18.6%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜是治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转的理想术式,值得应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cyst torsion. Methods Convenient selection in our hospital from December 2013 — December 2015 admitted 118 cases of patients with ovarian cyst torsion, were randomly divided into 2 groups of 59 cases. Conclusion Laparoscopic treatment is the ideal method of ovarian cyst torsion, It is worth of application.
