高压氧治疗对脑外伤患者认知功能的影响

Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Cognitive Function in Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

目的探讨高压氧治疗对脑外伤患者认知功能的影响。方法方便选取该院2012年6月—2015年12月收治的80例脑外伤后认知功能障碍的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组40例给予常规治疗,观察组40例在对照组的基础上给予高压氧治疗,比较两组的疗效、认知功能以及生活能力的变化。结果观察组的总有效率为97.5%高于对照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的生活能力评分、认知功能评分分别为(77.4±12.3)分、(24.3±4.5)分均高于对照组的(65.4±10.3)分、(23.2±3.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧治疗能够显著改善脑外伤患者的认知功能,促进生活能力的恢复,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on cognitive function in patients with traumatic brain injury. Methods Convenient selection 80 traumatic brain injury patients with cognitive dysfunction from June 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the control group（40 cases） was given conventional treatment, the observation group （40 cases） given hyperbaric oxygen therapy based on the control group, and the two groups were compared of the efficacy, cognitive function and the life ability. Results The total ef-fective rate in the observation group was 97.5% higher than 75% the control group, and the difference was statistically sig-nificant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the scores of life ability and cognitive function in the observation group were（77.4±12.3）、（24.3±4.5）higher than（65.4±10.3）、（23.2±3.4） in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients with traumatic brain injury, and promote the recovery of life ability, it is worth promoting.
