热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染39例临床疗效探讨

To Evaluate the Clinical Efficacy of Reduning Injection in the Treatment of 39 Cases of Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection

目的探讨热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2015年2月—2016年3月收治的急性上呼吸道感染患者77例,依据完全随机分组法分为两组,对照组38例行常规治疗,观察组39例在对照组治疗基础上行热毒宁注射液治疗,观察症状、体征的改善情况,观察不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组发热、咳嗽、咽喉充血、流涕的缓解时间[(2.08±0.17)d、(2.77±0.48)d、(2.65±0.28)d、(2.29±0.55)d]短于对照组[(4.20±0.19)d、(5.30±1.16)d、(4.41±0.17)d、(4.91±0.53)d],其总有效率(97.44%)高于对照组(68.42%),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率(观察组10.26%、对照组10.53%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在急性上呼吸道感染治疗中应用热毒宁注射液,可提高临床疗效,效果明显。

Conclusion In the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection application Reduning injection, can im-prove the clinical efficacy, the effect is obvious.
