在土木工程国际化、科技化和信息化的背景下,专业英语教学日益引起重视。该文分析了现有教学模式存在的弊端,并对新型教学模式包括师生互动、任务驱动、多媒体和自主学习等进行了探讨,并指出传统教学模式与新型教学模式的有机结合能够增加学习趣味性、丰富学习体验、提高教学效果。

Under the background of Globalization, science and technology and informationization, specialty english in civil engineering is being put more focus on. This paper analized the disadvantage of traditional teaching, talked about new teaching mode including interaction between teacher and student, task driven mode, multi--media mode and self--learning mode. The author noted that reasonable combination of traditional and new teaching mode could add more zest, enrich learning experience and improve teaching effect.
